The 11th Street Reconstruction Project is taking extremely too long. It was supposed be finished in JULY 2009!!!! Its Decemeber and there is no end in sight... my street has been ripped open 8 seperate times over the past year and a half and there has been ZERO street parking. WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON?! I am contacting all local news channels about this excessive waste of tax payer dollars.

Over the course of the past several weeks, a puddle of water has accumulated at the SE corner of Connecticut and Van Ness Street NW. The puddle is about 6 feet in diameter and 2-3 inches deep and takes up the entire lane. When the temperature drops below freezing, this will create a major and dangerous problem!!!
